This is the bit we meant when we said there was something here for 'almost everyone.' For Give 'Em Beans! isn't just a stupid football fanzine (though it is that as well), as in every issue there are more inferences, references, allusions and inside jokes than in any episode of 'The Simpsons'. In this section we explain some of the more obscure ones that have appeared over the last ten years. Oh, and our apologies by the way to any fans of Peter Gabriel and Sinead O'Connor for the totally unsolicited and unjustified use of their image in the button for this section. It's just that we didn't have any pictures of Sting.
