Issue
034 - Apr 98
Despite being trailed in the club programme, this, the
original cover for this issue, never appeared, as for some
reason, it reproduced horribly on printing. Quentin
Tarantino's movie 'Jackie Brown' had just been released and
this alludes to both the 1970's disco soundtrack it was
being hyped with and Spike Lee's criticism of the frequency
the Samuel Jackson character used the 'N' word in the film.
Oh, and Owen Brown's taking Barrow's points tally to over
seventy with a number of games still to play. The lead that
was looking shaky at Christmas had been reconsolidated
without too much trouble at all.
